Become a seller
To become a seller:
Sign up, verify your email, and choose a username.
Select Become a seller from the menu in the top-right corner and complete ID verification. The Seller verification guide walks you through it, and you can start selling once we approve you.
Review our Seller rules and the guidelines for each category you want to sell in:
Note: If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you can't change your password on Eldorado. Change it in that account instead. The email address is permanently linked to that external account as well; changing it is not possible unless the Eldorado account is deleted and a new one created.
Create an offer
Choose a category and game, then set your price, quantity, and delivery time. Describe exactly what the buyer will get, since misleading offers lead to penalties under our rules. To see what we charge for each game and category, check Seller fees.
Deliver your orders
When a buyer orders, deliver within the delivery time you set. If you're late, the buyer can raise a dispute, so only promise what you can meet. If an issue comes up, reply quickly and help them sort it out so they're happy with the order and your service.
Get paid
Once the order is completed, the payment goes to your Eldorado balance. After your first successful sale, you can withdraw it. See how to withdraw from Eldorado and Seller withdrawal methods.
