Top up and subscription seller guidelines

Who can sell top-ups and subscriptions, what’s allowed, and the penalties for breaking the rules.

Who can sell top-ups

Top ups is a restricted category. To sell in it, you need:

  • At least 250 completed sales

  • A feedback score of 98% or higher

Once you meet both requirements, apply for access. To learn how, see the Additional verification for restricted seller categories article.

Top-up sales have a 0% commission. To learn more, see Seller fees.

What you can sell

  • In-game money bought with real money, such as Diamonds, V-Bucks, or Lattice

  • Top-ups for in-game items, such as battle passes, skins, or bundles

What’s not allowed

  • Selling accounts, including shared, family, pre-leveled, or gifting accounts

  • Requiring buyers to create a new account to receive a top-up

  • Listing trial products as regular products

  • Misleading subscription lengths, or delivering them in parts

  • Topping up from unofficial or unauthorized sources

  • Paying for manual top-ups with stolen cards or other restricted payment methods

  • Using cheats, bots, or exploits

  • Offering deals outside Eldorado

Deliver each subscription in full. If your offer says 12 months, send 1 code, account, or link that gives the buyer 12 months. Several shorter codes don’t count, even if they add up to 12 months.

Offer rules

  • Accurate offers: your offer description, price, and delivery method match what you deliver

  • Correct category: your offer is in the right Top ups subcategory, or we may remove it

  • Official sources: every top-up comes from the game’s or platform’s official channels

  • Delivering in time: Offer must be delivered within the guaranteed delivery time

Proof of delivery

Send proof in the order chat right after you deliver. You can send:

  • A game screenshot that shows the buyer’s character ID and updated balance

  • Before-and-after screenshots, for upgrades

  • A transaction receipt from the game or platform

For manual top-ups, include the buyer’s character ID and the payment confirmation.

Keep records for every order. If you can’t show proof in a dispute, the decision may go in favor of the disputing party.

Orders and disputes

Deliver on time. Complete every order within the guaranteed delivery time on your offer. If you expect a delay, let the buyer know in the order chat before the time runs out.

Reply to buyers and help them. Answer questions quickly and work with buyers to fix any problem. Most issues can be solved in the order chat before they turn into a dispute.

Stay helpful and respectful in a dispute. Keep talking to the buyer and focus on solving the problem. Send your proof of delivery before the evidence submission window closes.

Transaction management

Transaction records: keep clear and verifiable records for each order. Missing proof may result in unfavorable dispute outcomes.

Note: We may hold part of your earnings for a short time until we verify the order. This applies only to some products and programs.
