Account seller guidelines

Rules for selling game accounts: who can sell, full access requirements, account recovery, and how suspensions work.

These guidelines, in accordance with the Selle rules, apply to all offers and orders in the Accounts category. Every account you sell must be legitimate, accurately described, and delivered with full access, and you must follow the rules below. If you break them, your account may be suspended.

Quick answer

  • Any verified seller can sell accounts. Some games, e.g., Fortnite and Valorant, need additional verification.

  • Every account must come with full access: the email login and password, and the account login and password.

  • Describe the account accurately, including rank, level, items, and currency.

  • Never log in to or recover an account after you’ve sold it, unless the buyer asks you to.

  • You stay responsible for the account during the TradeShield protection period and after it ends.

If there’s a problem with an order

If the buyer raises a dispute, you’re expected to handle recovery and resolution yourself.

  • Reply within 12 hours. If you don’t help in time, the order will be canceled.

  • Share as much proof as you can, and help the buyer at every step if needed.

  • Stay respectful, even if the buyer isn’t. You represent Eldorado.

  • If you can’t fix the issue, consider replacing the account or canceling the order. This can help you keep positive feedback.

  • Resolve the issue before Eldorado Support makes the final decision.

You should resolve the issue before Eldorado support makes a final decision. If you don't help in time, the order will be canceled.

Account transfer and responsibility

During the TradeShield protection period

Every account comes with a TradeShield protection period of 5-14 days, depending on the account. During this period, if the account stops working, gets banned, or is recovered, the buyer can raise a dispute. The outcome can be a refund or another agreed solution, e.g., a replacement account. Learn more in TradeShield protection for buyers.

After the TradeShield protection period

You can still be held responsible after the TradeShield protection period ends. If an account is recovered after this period, we’ll investigate. If you’re found at fault, you may need to refund the buyer, and your account may be suspended. Don’t tell buyers in the order chat that you’re no longer responsible.

Tip: Keep in touch with buyers after the TradeShield protection period ends to avoid issues.

If a dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favor

You can recover and secure the account

No access after the sale

Once an account is sold, you must not log in to, recover, or otherwise use the account or its related credentials. The only exception is if the buyer asks you to.

Zero tolerance for account recovery

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward sellers recovering sold accounts. You'll be permanently suspended if both of these are true:

  • You're reported for this violation

  • You refuse to help the buyer get back access to the account

Account responsibility

You're fully responsible for the accounts you sell. Reselling accounts is allowed, but you remain liable for any issues that come up.
