List a game account for sale on Eldorado and deliver it once a buyer orders. Use this when you're creating your first account offer or need a refresher on delivery.

Account sales have a fund release period of at least 5 days, and up to 14 days for some games. Your funds reach your Eldorado balance when it ends. See TradeShield protection for sellers for the full list.

Your offer title and description must be accurate. Misleading, random, or lottery offers break our seller rules.
Steps
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Sell.
Select Accounts.
Choose your game from Select your game and click Next.
Fill in the Offer Details fields for your game, including Original Email. Fields marked (optional) can be left empty. The exact information you will see can differ depending on the game.
Enter an offer title of up to 160 characters with the most searchable words first, then click Upload images and add up to 5 screenshots of the account (the images have to be accurate and represent your actual account). Each image must be a JPEG, PNG, or HEIC file of 10MB or less.
Add a description of up to 2,000 characters with everything the buyer should know about the account. Set your delivery time if manual delivery was chosen
Under Account information shared with buyer, enter the account login and password, plus the email provider and login if the account has a linked email. To list identical accounts in the same offer, click Add more accounts and fill in each one.
Enter your Price per Account in USD, check the seller fees for the specific order (shown at the bottom), and place your offer.
Instant delivery
The buyer gets the account details from your offer as soon as they pay. If they have an issue with the account, they can message you in the order chat, so reply as soon as possible.
Manual delivery
Deliver the account in the order chat on Eldorado before the guarantee delivery time has expired. Chat is end-to-end encrypted, so send all account details there. Share:
The account login and password
The linked email and its login, if the account has one
Answers to any security questions
Any confirmation codes the buyer needs to change the account email
If the user has any issues, help them as soon as possible.
Troubleshooting
Can't start an account offer?
Selling accounts requires a verified seller account. Complete ID verification, then start again from step 1. Also make sure that the account you wish to sell does not belong to a restricted category, as additional verification is needed to sell such offers.
You missed a new order or message?
Notifications may be off. Turn them on by following this guide on how to receive notifications about new orders or messages.
The buyer can't change the account email?
The email provider may need a confirmation code from you. Send the code in the order chat as soon as the buyer asks.
The buyer disputed the order?
Remain respectful and helpful, provide your side of the story by uploading proof in the dedicated proof section, and allow our team to investigate. More information can be found in the order dispute article.
