Verification is a vital aspect of our website - it is here to protect both of our user groups - sellers and buyers.

We recommend verifying your account on your phone, as you will need to take and upload pictures to complete the verification process.

Seller Verification Process

This verification is voluntary and is triggered by users who wish to verify as sellers on our site. You will be prompted to verify as a seller when you proceed to create listings on our site.

Verification will not be submitted until you have completed all verification steps.

Have these items ready to complete the verification:

  • International ID with latin letters. Passport is the recommended option.

  • Device with front and back camera.

  • Paper and a pen.


Seller verification contains of four steps:

  1. Select if you will be selling as an individual seller or a company.

  2. Fill out your details: first name, last name and middle name if present. Select your date of birth and nationality. Below this information you will be prompted to fill your residency information.

  3. Upload a picture of your ID and either a note that says eldorado.gg or have Eldorado website be visible in the background.

  4. Take a selfie with the same ID you uploaded earlier, make sure your face is not covered and both face and your ID are clearly visible.

And that's it! Your verification is submitted. Our verifying team will review it within 15 minutes.

All of your information is kept safe with end-to-end encryption. We work hard to keep it safe.

All verification photos are deleted 90 days after being submitted and they are not used by any third parties, their sole use is for Eldorado verification process only.

My verification has been closed, why?

If your verification was closed, don't worry - you are still able to make actions and purchases on our site. Closed verification means that it did not quite align with our policies. You can find more about our reasons below:

User is not 18

Our platform requires users to be at least 18 years old to be able to sell, and this condition was not met.

Failure to complete the verification process

User has failed to finish all the necessary steps of the verification process. This could involve missing documents, incomplete forms, or failure to respond within the required time frame.

Verification does not meet our seller requirements

The submitted verification does not align with the platform’s requirements for sellers. This could include failing background checks, providing incorrect or insufficient documentation, or not meeting other specific criteria set for sellers.

Verification provided must be yours

The verification process was closed because the documents or information submitted do not belong to the user attempting verification.

Each of these reasons helps ensure the integrity of the platform by maintaining compliance with legal standards, preventing fraud, and ensuring that all users meet the required qualifications.

My verification was declined, why?

If your verification has been declined, it means that some information was not submitted as required. Our team will give you the reason of rejection, you will be able to see it in this page.

To successfully complete the verification, please resubmit it following the instructions provided by our team.
