When you register as a seller on Eldorado, you can start listing products in most categories right away. A few high‑risk categories are gated. To list in them, you must complete a special application and wait for our team’s review.
Why the Restrictions?
Some categories (e.g., certain game accounts and subscription services) have a higher incidence of fraud or account recovery. Restricting these categories to vetted sellers helps protect buyers and maintains the trust of our marketplace.
Restricted Categories
You must be approved before listing products in any of the following:
Fortnite – all categories (accounts, currency, items).
Valorant – Accounts.
Netflix – Accounts.
Spotify – Accounts.
Crunchyroll – Accounts.
Discord – Accounts & Items.
Top‑Ups – All games.
If a category is not listed above, you can sell there immediately after registration.
How to Request Access
Complete the application (see below)
Submit and wait for review. Our support specialists will assess your application. Once a decision is made, you will be notified with either approval or instructions for reapplying if more information is needed.
What if the application is rejected?
Applications may be rejected for various reasons, including incomplete information, limited selling history, or not meeting the specific criteria for restricted categories. These safeguards help maintain the security and trust of our marketplace.
If your application is denied, you're welcome to reapply after 30 days.
Tips for a Successful Application
Double‑check that your information is complete
Provide as much required evidence as you can
Familiarize yourself with Eldorado’s Seller Rules and Account Seller Rules
Important: Providing false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information in an application for restricted category access constitutes a violation of Eldorado’s Terms of Service. Eldorado reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke access to restricted categories and/or suspend or terminate your seller account without prior notice if any part of the submitted information is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent with your actual selling practices.
