When you register as a seller on Eldorado, you can start listing products in most categories right away. A few restricted categories require approval first. To sell there, you’ll need to apply and wait for our team to review it.
Why are some categories restricted?
Some categories (like certain game accounts and subscription services) see more fraud and more account recovery claims. Requiring approval helps protect buyers and keeps the marketplace trustworthy.
Restricted Categories
You must be approved before listing products in any of the following:
Fortnite – all categories (accounts, currency, items).
Valorant – Accounts
Netflix – Accounts
Spotify – Accounts
Crunchyroll – Accounts
Discord – Accounts & Items
Roblox Limited - Items
Top-Ups (all games) – only sellers with 250+ successful sales and 98%+ positive feedback can apply (See Top-Up Seller Guidelines.)
If a category isn’t listed above, you can sell there immediately after registration.
How to Request Access
Open Seller Live Chat and ask for the restricted category application.
Submit your application and wait for review.
We’ll notify you once there’s a decision (approved, or what you need to fix before reapplying).
What if the application is rejected?
This can happen for a few reasons: missing details, limited selling history, or not meeting the requirements for that category. These checks help keep buyers and sellers safe.
If you’re denied, you can reapply after 30 days.
Tips for a Successful Application
Make sure your information is complete
Provide all required proof (the more, the better)
Review Seller Rules and Account Seller Rules before submitting
Important: Don’t submit false or misleading information. If we find inaccurate details (or your selling practices don’t match what you submitted), it’s a violation of Eldorado’s Terms of Service. In that case, we may remove your access to restricted categories and/or suspend or close your seller account.
