Delivering gift cards
Gift cards must be delivered in full. The buyer must receive the full value stated in your offer, using either a single code or up to 4 gift card codes in total. For example, if your offer says $100, you can deliver 4 × $25 cards.
Gift cards must match the region the buyer ordered. Do not deliver cards from a different region, even if the value appears equivalent. Currency conversion may be inaccurate, and the buyer could receive less than they ordered.
Your responsibilities
Resolve issues with your buyers. You’re responsible for resolving disputes and any other problems with your orders.
Prove redemption if asked. Check the card with a gift card balance checker, or contact the official card issuer to confirm the redemption details.
Respond to complaints on time. Resolve every buyer complaint within 120 hours (5 days) of when it’s submitted.
Sell only genuine cards. Every card must be accurate, legitimate, and legally obtained.
What happens if you break these rules
