Increasing Your Offer Limits

Your offer limit controls how many active offers you can have for a given game and category. As you build a strong track record, you can become eligible for a higher limit. Here’s how that works and what we look for.

Understanding offer limits

  • Increases are earned, not automatic: based on your performance, not on how large a limit you ask for

  • We review per game and category: your standing in one area is assessed on its own, and a strong record in one game doesn’t automatically raise your limits everywhere

  • Growth is gradual: limits are raised in steps and scaled to your performance, so they stay sustainable

  • Decisions are data-based: we rely on your actual account performance, not on claims made in a request


Main criterias for increasing offer limits

To be considered for a higher limit, we generally expect sellers to show, consistently over time:

  • A proven sales history: a solid volume of successfully completed orders

  • Active use of your current limit: you’re regularly reaching the limit you already have

  • A low cancellation rate: orders are fulfilled reliably

  • Strong positive feedback: buyers consistently rate you well

  • Good account standing: no recent suspensions or policy issues

Meeting these standards once isn’t enough. A strong, consistent record is what makes the difference.


Cooldown between increases

After a limit increase, a waiting period applies before you can be considered again. This period takes up to 6 months, which keeps limit growth steady and responsible. Requests made during a cooldown won’t be processed early.


How to request an increase

To request a higher offer limit, contact our support team through the live chat:

  1. Open the help chat and tap Start a conversation.

  2. Select “I am selling.”

  3. Under "What topic are you interested in?", choose “Questions about offers and disputes.”

  4. Choose “I have questions about offer listing.”

  5. Tap “Still need help, contact live support” to be transferred to our team.

  6. You'll be issued a support ticket, then enter the game and category name you'd like the increase for, and our team will review your eligibility.


If you're not approved yet

If a request isn't approved, it usually means one or more of the areas above needs strengthening. The best way to qualify is to keep building your record:

  • Complete more orders

  • Reduce cancellations

  • Maintain strong positive feedback

  • Keep your account in good standing

  • Make full use of your current limit

Once you've improved and any cooldown has passed, you're welcome to be reconsidered.
