Buy a boosting service

With boosting, a player levels up or progresses your game account for you. Use this article to request a boost, choose an offer, and pay for it.

Boosting is only for your existing game account. To buy a new account, see Buy an account.

Quick answer

  • You can choose a listed boosting service or send a custom request if none of them fit.

  • Boosters reply to your request with offers, so you can compare prices and sellers before you pay.

  • Keep all messages and payments on Eldorado, since anything outside the Eldorado chat isn't covered. Do not press any external links.

  • Confirm your order only after the boost is finished as agreed. If something’s wrong, like the boost was marked as delivered but isn’t finished or the guaranteed delivery time has passed, raise a dispute. You have 3 days from when it was marked as delivered to raise a dispute.

Steps

  1. Select Boosting in the top bar.

  2. Select the game you want boosted.

  3. Choose a service from the tabs at the top, for example, Rank Boost. Services depend on the game. If none of them fit, select Custom Request.

The screenshots in this article show Valorant as an example. The tabs and options you see depend on the game you choose.

  4. Describe what you need in the form, then select Get offers now. Do not share any sensitive information in this step, like emails, passwords, etc.

  5. Compare the offers boosters send you.

To ask a booster about the details and get more information, select Chat. Do not share any sensitive information in this step.

  6. Select Accept offer on the offer you want.

  7. Check the payment summary, choose your payment method, then select Buy now.

  8. Use the order chat on your order page to arrange the boost with the booster.

Keep all communication in the Eldorado chat. Anything agreed outside the chat isn't covered by Eldorado. Do not press any external links.

What happens next

After you pay, you're taken to your boosting order page. You can find it again anytime in the Boosting tab.

Use the order chat on your order page to communicate with the booster, for example, if you wish to inform them about something. Once the boost is done and everything matches the offer, select Review & confirm on your order page and leave feedback for the booster.

If the order is past delivery time or was marked as delivered (you have 3 days before it is automatically marked as received), but the service was not actually delivered in full, raise a dispute.

Troubleshooting

You haven't received any offers yet?

Boosters need some time to review new requests. The offers live feed shows how many boosters were notified and how many offers you've received so far. Requests with clear details, like your current and desired rank, are easier for boosters to price.

You no longer need the boost?

If you haven't accepted an offer yet, select Cancel request at the top of your offers page.

The booster isn't responding, or the boost isn't as described?

Message the booster in the order chat first. If you can't solve it together or your order was already marked as Delivered, select Raise dispute on your order page to get help from our team, or contact support.

The boost is past delivery time?

Raise a dispute on your order page or message the seller if you still wish to continue.

A booster asks you to talk or pay outside Eldorado?

Don't agree to it. Boosters aren't allowed to move conversations or payments off Eldorado, and anything outside the Eldorado chat isn't covered.

You need to buy a game account?

Boosting and custom requests only work for your existing account. To buy an account, see Buy an account.
