Troubleshooting
A payment failed error appears, but your payment app shows the funds as deducted and pending?
Your funds are automatically returned to you within 24-72 business hours if the transaction does not result in an active order within this time. This is usually faster, but the exact timing depends on your bank's processing speed. If you don't see your funds back after 72 business hours, contact support for more information.
Payment keeps failing?
First, check if:
You have 3DS enabled on your card (an extra verification step your bank adds to confirm it's really you).
You have international payments enabled on your card.
You have enough balance in your bank account to cover the order price and fees of your purchase.
The card used is not a prepaid/gift card (prepaid cards and gift cards can fail more often; US-issued ones are usually meant for local use only; check your card to make sure international payments are available).
If the steps above did not fix your issue, please try another card or payment method: ex. try Apple Pay if you tried to pay directly with a card.
