How do I know I can trust the seller?
Every seller must pass a government ID check before they can list on Eldorado.
To check a seller, select their name on any offer to open their shop.
Verified badge: they passed the ID check
Feedback score: the share of their reviews that are positive
Review count: more reviews means the seller has more experience
Online status: see if their shop is active right now
Reviews tab: all reviews in one place
I paid. Where's my money?
With Eldorado, not the seller. Your payment goes to Eldorado, and we hold it. The seller gets nothing until you confirm the order is right, your 3-day check ends, or a dispute is settled.
The seller says it's delivered. What if something's wrong?
When the seller marks your order as delivered, you have 3 days to check it. Nothing is paid out until then.
Delivered is the seller's claim, not proof
Check that you received exactly what you paid for, whether that's in-game, in an app, etc.
Is everything right? Confirm the order, and we pay the seller
Do nothing, and we confirm it for you when the 3 days end
If something's wrong:
Raise a dispute within the 3 days
The payment stays frozen until the dispute is settled
If you win, we refund you to your Eldorado balance right away, so you can buy again without waiting

Are some orders protected for longer?
Yes. 🛡️TradeShield is how we protect your money on Eldorado: we hold your payment and give you time to check your order and dispute it.
For example, a purchased account stays protected for 5 more days after the order is confirmed (marked Received), and it's marked Completed when those 5 days end. If something goes wrong during the protection time, contact support and an agent will help you resolve it. For more details, see the 🛡️TradeShield article.
When you buy an account, you can also add an extended warranty for 3 or 6 months before you complete your purchase.
