Who can sell accounts
You need to be a verified seller to list accounts. Follow the standard verification requirements in the Seller verification guide, and make sure you have read the seller rules and account seller rules before you list.
Some account offers require additional verification, for example, Fortnite and Valorant. See Restricted categories.
What you can sell
Every account you list must:
Provide full access: the email login and password, and the account login and password
Accurately represent its rank, level, items, currency, and any other information you provide
Include any additional login or recovery information the buyer needs to control the account
Be an authentic, privately used account that reflects normal in-game progression
Not allowed
Non-full access (NFA), shared, offline, rented, or limited-access accounts
Age-verified accounts, that have completed age verification on any game or platform, regardless of the age group assigned.
Accounts without transferable full access
Hacked, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained accounts
Accounts leveled or progressed with cheats, exploits, or other illegal software
Misleading offer descriptions or titles
Keyword or tag spam in offer descriptions

We may take stronger action depending on the severity of the violation.
What happens if something goes wrong
If a buyer raises a dispute, you're expected to handle recovery and resolution requests yourself:
Respond within 12 hours
Provide as much evidence as possible; help the buyer every step of the way if needed
Stay respectful, even if the buyer isn't, because you represent Eldorado
Consider replacing the account or canceling the order if you can't fix the issue, which can help you keep positive feedback
You should resolve the issue before Eldorado support makes a final decision. If you don't help in time, the order will be canceled.
Account transfer and responsibility
TradeShield protection period
All accounts come with a 5-14 day 🛡️TradeShield protection period for buyers; the exact timing depends on the account. Please review the TradeShield protection for buyers article for more details.
During this time, if the account stops working, gets banned, or is recovered, the buyer can request that this order be investigated via dispute and a refund or other agreed resolution be made, for example, a new account be delivered.
Liability after the protection period
You may still be held accountable even after the 🛡️TradeShield protection period ends. If an account is recovered after this period, we'll investigate. If you're found at fault, you may be required to refund the buyer, and you risk suspension. You can't tell buyers otherwise in order chat.
Tip: To avoid issues, keep in touch with buyers even after the TradeShield protection period ends.
No access after the sale
Once an account is sold, you must not log in to, recover, or otherwise use the account or its related credentials. The only exception is if the buyer asks you to.
Zero tolerance for account recovery
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward sellers recovering sold accounts. You'll be permanently suspended if both of these are true:
You're reported for this violation
You refuse to help the buyer get back access to the account
Recovering an account after a dispute
If a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, you're allowed to recover and secure the account, where possible.
Account responsibility
You're fully responsible for the accounts you sell. Reselling accounts is allowed, but you remain liable for any issues that come up.
