🔐 Access and Permissions
Accounts listings require seller verification.
Sellers must follow standard verification requirements (see Seller Rules).
Exception: Fortnite, Valorant, Netflix, Spotify, Crunchyroll, Discord - requires additional verification, more here: Restricted Categories
What Can Be Sold
Sellers may list accounts that:
Provide full access (Email Login and Password & Account Login and Password).
Accurately represent rank, level, items, currency, or any other information you provide.
Include any additional login or recovery information needed for buyer control.
🚫 Strictly Disallowed:
❌ NFA, shared/offline, rented, or limited-access accounts.
❌ No keyword/tags spam is allowed in offer description.
❌ Misleading descriptions and titles.
❌ Stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained accounts.
❌ Accounts without transferable full access.
Listing Requirements
Titles & Descriptions:
Include platform/version (PC/console/mobile), region, linked platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic).
Show Current rank and not from previous season. If current rank reset - list under “unranked”.
Describe exact progress, in-game inventory, cosmetics and any restrictions. No ranges.
Important account details:
Include any penalties the account might have, such as bans, mutes, etc.
No promises of lifetime warranty are allowed.
Instant delivery accounts must contain account details.
Clear titles
Titles must reflect the exact account content without exaggeration or false claims.
Keep titles as short and as descriptive as possible.
Duplicate Listings
Use Add Additional Account feature if listing multiple accounts under one offer.
Account Transfer & Responsibility
Sellers must not access or recover sold accounts after sale unless requested by the buyer.
Sellers remain liable for account issues after warranty periods and cannot say otherwise in the order chat.
🛡️ Tradeshield Protection
All account sales include a Tradeshield protection period (e.g., 5–14 days). Buyers may request refunds or re-delivery based on failures or access loss.
💬 Dispute handling
Sellers must assist with recovery and resolution requests on their own. Respond within 12 hours.
Respect customers even if they are trying to disrespect you. Always remember - You represent Eldorado.
Provide as much evidence as possible. If you know your goods come from weak sources, cancel the order and get rid of the headache yourself. Sometimes it's better to replace/cancel in order to receive positive feedback.
Eldorado has zero tolerance for recovery violations (seller reclaims account after sale).
Refusal to provide assistance in time will result in order cancellation.
Remember, you have 3 days to solve issue, before Eldorado support makes final decision
