Sellers must comply with marketplace requirements. Non-compliance can result in listing removal, seller suspension, or loss of privileges.
🔐 Access and Permissions
Any verified seller can list items on Eldorado.
Sellers must follow standard verification requirements (see Seller Rules).
Exception: Fortnite, Discord and Roblox Limiteds items - requires additional verification, more here: Restricted Categories
What Can Be Sold
Only the following are permitted:
Digital in-game items, skins, cosmetics, accessories, enhancements.
Crafting materials, consumables, equipment.
Limited items with clearly defined attributes (e.g., exact rarity, skins).
Strictly Disallowed:
❌ Random or lottery style items (e.g., “Open for a chance to get rare loot”).
❌ Bundles where contents are unspecified or vary randomly.
❌ Physical products or non-digital goods.
❌ Offers that require off-platform communication or transactions.
Listing Requirements
Titles & Descriptions:
Use clear, accurate titles. Buyers must know exactly what item they will receive.
Describe item attributes in detail: exact name, quantity, game, server/region (if applicable).
Images
Use only images you own or have permission to use.
Accuracy
Do not use ranges (e.g., “10k–50k”), uncertain labels (e.g., “maybe rare”), or placeholder text.
Duplicate Listings
Do not create duplicate offers for the same item you already listed.
Fulfillment & Delivery
Deliver items strictly according to the delivery time shown in the offer.
Mark orders as delivered only when the item is fully transferred.
