💰Seller Guidelines - Currency Category

Sellers must deliver currency exactly as described, handle transactions securely, and follow all rules. Only legally obtained, tradable in-game currency is allowed. Violations may result in suspension.

These guidelines apply to all currency offers made in response to client requests and orders within the Currency category. Sellers must deliver currency exactly as described and handle all transactions securely and professionally. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.


🔐 Access and Permissions

Any verified seller can sell Currency on Eldorado
Sellers must follow standard verification requirements (You can check 👉 Seller Rules)


📦 What Can Be Sold

Only the following are permitted:

  • In-game currency (gold, coins, credits, etc.)

  • Game-related tradable currency balances

Currency must be legally obtained and tradable within the game’s official mechanics.


🚫 Strictly Disallowed:

❌ Use of cheats and exploits to generate currency
❌ Selling stolen, fraudulently obtained, duplicated, or illegally generated currency
❌ Sharing, storing, or misusing client login credentials
❌ Abandoning orders after starting without valid communication or reason
❌ Requesting additional payment
❌ Any trading method that intentionally puts the buyer’s account at risk of bans, suspensions, or restrictions


🤝 Quality Requirements

Sellers must avoid high cancellation rates. Key areas to focus on to prevent them include:

  • Avoid overselling (taking on too many unfinished orders)

  • Only accept orders you have sufficient stock to complete immediately or within the proper delivery time

  • Sellers must instruct buyers to immediately change the account credentials after delivery

  • Provide accurate and realistic delivery time estimates

  • Clearly explain the delivery method (face-to-face trade, auction house, mail, marketplace listing, etc.)


✔️ Order Completion

Mark orders as delivered only when the full agreed amount of currency has been successfully transferred to the buyer
Always confirm delivery in chat and ensure the buyer has received the exact agreed amount


💬 Dispute Handling

Sellers must respond to any issue within 12 hours.
Respect customers even if they are being disrespectful. Always remember – you represent Eldorado.

Provide as much evidence as possible:

  • Screenshots of the trade window

  • Proof of completed transaction

  • Chat confirmations

  • Any relevant in-game transaction logs

If buyer states a new username in order chat, that does not match one provided in order summary. Confirm the new username twice or cancel the order

❗ Share updates in chat to maintain transparency and prevent misunderstandings
❗ Refusal to provide assistance in time will result in order cancellation
❗ You have up to 3 days to resolve the issue before Eldorado Support makes the final decision. However, depending on the context, Eldorado may cancel the order earlier
❗ If a partial refund is agreed, the seller must contact Eldorado Support with the exact agreed amount already confirmed with the buyer
