To ensure a secure, efficient, and high-quality experience for all buyers and sellers, the following rules apply to all listings and activity in the Top-Up category. Non-compliance may lead to account restrictions, listing removal, or permanent suspension.


🔐 Access & Permissions

Verified Seller Access Only

Only sellers who have completed 250+ successful sales and maintain a 98%+ positive feedback rating are allowed to list in the Top-Up category.

Enjoy 0%* commission on all sales in the Top-Up category as a benefit for verified sellers. Read more


📦 What You Can Sell

Only the following are permitted:

  • ✅ In-game premium currency (e.g., Diamonds, V-Bucks, Lattice)

  • ✅ Top-up services for in-game items (e.g., battle passes, skins, bundles)


🚫 What’s Strictly Forbidden in Top Up category

  • Account sales. (including shared/family, pre-leveled, or “disposable/gifting” accounts)

  • Misleading subscription bundles. (e.g., offering 1-month renewable subscription instead of providing 3/6/12 months in advance)

  • Trial products listed under regular/basic categories.

  • Using third-party, non-authorized sources for top-ups.

  • Payment via restricted methods for manual top-ups (e.g., stolen credit cards)


✅ Compliance & Accuracy

Accurate Listings

Listings must truthfully describe the product, price, and delivery method. Deliver exactly what’s promised.

Correct Categories

List products in the correct top-up sub-category. Misclassified listings may be removed.

Service Legitimacy

All top-ups must be sourced via official distribution channels only. Use of bots, exploits, or unauthorized sellers is grounds for immediate suspension.


📸 Proof & Fulfillment Requirements

Instant Proof of Fulfillment

You must provide instant evidence after delivery. Accepted forms include:

  • Game screenshot showing character ID and updated balance

  • Quantity before & after (in cases of upgrades)

  • Transaction receipt from the game/platform

Manual Top-Up Specifics

Manual top-ups must include:

  • Buyer’s character ID

  • Payment confirmation


⏱ Order & Complaint Handling

Delivery Timeframe

Fulfill orders strictly within the timeframe shown in your listing.

Disbursement Period

For any type of transaction made for the Top-Up games category, we enforce a 72 hours “Reserve” period.


🧾 Transaction Management

Transaction Records

Keep clear and verifiable records for each order. Missing proof may result in unfavorable dispute outcomes.

Reserve Funds

A percentage of your earnings may be temporarily held until order verification (if applicable to certain products or programs).
