How it works
🛡️ TradeShield activates automatically the moment a buyer completes payment and stays active through order processing, delivery, and any payment dispute or chargeback. You don't need to enable it, and there's no additional cost.

What this means for you
The platform handles communication with payment providers
You are not required to resolve disputes on your own; we will handle it for you
Your completed sale remains financially protected in accordance with platform rules
Fund release
After the buyer confirms delivery (or the order auto-marks as Received), funds are held for a set number of days before being released to your balance (see below).
This gives the buyer time to report issues like loss of access or account recovery, and gives you time to resolve the issues directly. If needed, Eldorado steps in to help reach an agreement and support both parties.
Once the period ends, the order is completed, and funds are released automatically.

When funds reach your balance
Funds arrive in your Eldorado balance based on this formula: the date the order is marked Received, plus your category's fund release period, plus up to 12 hours for payment processing (usually released within minutes once the order is completed).
If the buyer doesn't confirm delivery themselves, the order is marked Received automatically 3 days after it's marked Delivered, so that date is what starts the countdown above.
Once funds reach your account, you can withdraw from your balance using your chosen withdrawal option.
