Eldorado Refund & Return Policy 💰

This article explains Eldorado’s refund and return policy across all categories.

✅ Refund requests are only processed directly by seller in the order chat or handled by Eldorado Resolution Team after dispute procession.


Contact the Seller First 🤝

Always contact the seller directly first in order chat if you wish to return a product or request a refund.

Communicating with the seller often resolves issues faster and more smoothly.

💡 Sellers are not obligated to issue a refund if the order purchased matches the description.


Ways of requesting a Refund 📝

You can request a refund by:

  1. Providing evidence of the issue in order chat and requesting the seller to refund.

  2. Providing evidence of the issue in order chat and raising a dispute through the order page.


Processing Time ⏱️

1️⃣ After contacting the seller wait for delivery time to be over or up to 12 hours for their response and resolution.

🙅‍♂️ If seller is not helping - be sure to provide all proof in the order chat and rase a dispute.

⏰ After dispute is raised - seller and buyer has 24 hours to cooperate, provide evidence in order chat and solve the issue together

🔍 Our Resolution team than will review everything fairly and make final decision

💰 The order will be refunded if the dispute is solved in your favour

📆 Most disputes are fully resolved within 3 days

Once approved, refunds may take up to 1 week to process. Please allow time for the payment to appear in your account.

*Once an order is cancelled, the funds will be returned to your Eldorado balance 💰. From there, we can issue a refund to your original payment method if the order was paid with a non-prepaid card 💳. Please contact our support team to process a refund back to your card.


Accounts Refund Policy 💻

Your order for an account may be eligible for a refund if any of the following occur:

  • The account was recovered 🔒

  • The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time ⏱️

  • The login details are incorrect ✉️

  • The account is not full access (you were not provided email access or cannot change the email to your own) 📧

  • The account is not as described, provided you have not made any changes, such as:

    • Changing login details 🔑

    • Playing on the account 🎮

    • Making purchases on or for the account 💳

    • Reselling the account 🔄

*In case of a dispute regarding login details not working, we ensure the issue is handled fairly ⚖️. The seller is allowed at least 12 hours to investigate and resolve the problem before Eldorado takes further steps to resolve the dispute.

When an Account Order Is Not Eligible for a Refund ❌

Your order cannot be refunded if any of the following apply:

  • You purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered ❗

  • You changed the login details of the account (for claims that the account was “not as described”) 🔑

  • You altered the account by playing on it or making purchases 💳🎮

  • The account was banned or shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., botting, toxic behavior, contacting game developers) 🚫

  • Evidence of the account being “not as described” or “not working” is shared on external platforms instead of Eldorado 🌐

  • The account was not purchased on Eldorado 🛒

*You may always contact the seller and agree on returning the account in exchange for a refund or partial refund if the account is not damaged and may be sold again.


Boosting Refund Policy 🎮

Your order may be eligible for a refund if any of the following occur:

  • The seller failed to fully deliver the order within the guaranteed delivery time ⏱️

  • The seller caused harm to the account, such as:

    • Continuous demotions

    • Loss of status (e.g., OSRS Ironman)

    • Ruined stats (e.g., pure accounts) ⚠️

  • *The seller used or took valuable items from the account without your permission 🔑

  • *The seller changed the login details of your account without your permission ✉️

  • *The seller used third-party programs, resulting in account restrictions or banning 🚫

*In such cases, please report the seller to us immediately - you can do so by going to his Eldorado profile page and clicking on report button 📢

When a Boosting Order Is Not Eligible for a Refund ❌

Your order cannot be refunded if any of the following apply:

  • You purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered ❗

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not yet passed ⏱️

  • The seller was unable to proceed due to lack of access to the account or interruptions caused by outside actions 🔒

  • Evidence of incomplete delivery is shared on external platforms instead of Eldorado 🌐

  • The boost was not purchased on Eldorado 🛒

  • The account was banned or shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., botting, toxic behavior, contacting game developers) 🚫


Currency & Items Refund Policy 💰🎮

Eligible for a Refund ✅

Your order may be eligible for a refund if any of the following occur:

  • The seller failed to fully deliver the order within the guaranteed delivery time ⏱️

  • The seller failed to notify you of certain risks (excluding RWT) that negatively impacted your account ⚠️

  • The seller partially delivered your order within the guaranteed delivery time 📦

  • Your account was affected by receiving currency or items obtained through cheating or fraud


Not Eligible for a Refund ❌

Your order cannot be refunded if any of the following apply:

  • Items/currency were not purchased on Eldorado 🛒

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not yet passed ⏱️

  • Evidence of incomplete delivery is shared on external platforms instead of Eldorado 🌐

  • Your account was banned due to RWT or risks disclosed by the seller 🚫

  • You provided an incorrect account or character name and the order was delivered ✉️

  • *You traded the items/currency back to a different account 🔄

*Never accept any trades after the trade between you and the seller has been completed.


Gift Cards Refund Policy 🎁

Eligible for a Refund ✅

Your order may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a gift card different from its description 🏷️

  • You received a gift card with an invalid code

  • You received an already redeemed or expired gift card ⏳


Not Eligible for a Refund ❌

Your order cannot be refunded if:

  • You purchased a region-specific gift card for a region where you cannot redeem it 🌍

  • Your gift card was redeemed by a third party because you shared the gift card details 🔑

  • You resold the gift card to someone else 🔄


Requesting a Refund 📝

  1. Contact the seller first 🤝

    • If the order was not completed, the seller may cancel it.

  2. Raise a dispute if there is a disagreement ⚖️

    • Our Resolution Team will investigate and take appropriate action.

  3. Refund processing:

    • If your order is canceled, funds (minus any applicable fees) are returned to your Eldorado balance 💰

    • Using your balance to place a new order incurs no additional charges

Return Policy 🔄

If the Order Is As Described ✅

If the order matches its description:

  • Eldorado does not mediate returns, and the seller is not obligated to accept a return.

  • You may request a return if the goods are undamaged and there is no risk associated with returning them.


If the Order Is Not As Described ❌

If the order is not as described, you can request the seller for a return, provided the goods are undamaged and have not been altered by:

  • Changing login details 🔑

  • Playing on the account 🎮

  • Making purchases on or for the account 💳

  • Reselling the account 🔄
