After purchasing your desired account, you should be redirected to the order page. If you're having difficulty locating the order page and account details, please follow the guide below.
Your purchased orders can be accessed here.
Navigate Orders in the drop down menu at the top right corner where your avatar is.
Locate the order you'd like to view here:
If you purchased an order with instant delivery option, you will see account details at the top of the page, otherwise your account details will be manually delivered by the seller in the order chat. Use this image for order page navigation:

The seller will send you all the necessary information about the account and help facilitate the change of email of the account if one is present via Eldorado chat.
After receiving the information:
Log in to the account and make sure the credentials work.
Check to see if the account has everything that was promised in the offer description.
Log in to the account email if one is linked.
Change the passwords for both the account and the email.
Enable two factor authentication on the game account and email for extra security.
If anything is wrong with the account: the credentials do not work, it is not as described, start by communicating with the seller via the order chat. The seller must assist you in resolving the issue.
If the seller is unresponsive or unable to help, raise a dispute. The Eldorado team will then review your order and provide a refund if necessary. The "Raise a dispute" option becomes available when the order status is either "Pending Delivery" or "Order Delivered."
