Your order page is where you can view your order, talk to the seller, note issues if there are any, dispute the order, or confirm that everything arrived. Purchased orders tab is where all your orders are displayed.
Quick answer
Your order page opens after you pay, and you can always find it again in the Orders tab
How you get your order depends on the game and product; review these details before you make a purchase
Once the seller marks your order as Delivered, you have 3 days to check it in-game, in-app, etc., before it is marked as Received automatically. For many orders, protection goes beyond these 3 days, see 🛡️TradeShield
If something's wrong, message the seller in the order chat first, since that's usually the fastest fix, or raise a dispute if the issue can not be resolved before the protection period expires
If the order was marked as Delivered and was not delivered, you are being asked to wait for delivery or mark it as received, raise a dispute, or contact support
Steps
Select your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Orders
Make sure the Purchased orders tab is selected, then select your order in the list below.
On your order page, you'll see your order details and a chat with the seller. Use the chat to arrange the delivery or to solve any issue directly with the seller. How your order is delivered depends on the game and the type of product you bought. For account orders, the login details appear under Account details, with copy icons so they're pasted exactly as sent.
