  1. Contact the seller directly through your order page.

2. Select the reason for reaching out.

3. After sending your help request, the seller will be notified and prompted to assist you.

If the account details have already been revealed, the seller will have up to 12 hours to respond, taking into account possible time zone differences.

If the seller is actively assisting you and both parties are cooperating, the resolution process from Eldorado may take up to 3 days, depending on complexity.

If neither party responds within 24 hours, the dispute will be closed in favor of the opposing side.
