Eldorado loyalty points

Learn how Eldorado loyalty points, ranks, achievements, and dedication work, and how to redeem points for store credit.

Earn points when you buy on Eldorado, climb ranks to earn faster, and redeem your points for store credit. Not every order earns points, so check what doesn't earn points below.

The screenshots in this article are examples. Your own page shows your points, rank, achievements, and games, so it may look a bit different.

How it works

  1. Complete orders to earn points.

  2. Unlock achievements for bonus points.

  3. Climb ranks to get more points per order.

  4. Redeem 10,000 points for $1 store credit.

Points

You earn points when:

  • Your order is completed.

  • You unlock an achievement.

  • You buy in a second category for the same game (see Dedication).

  • You write your own comment in a review (300 points each time).

Once you have 10,000 points, you can redeem them for $1 store credit to spend on Eldorado. To redeem your points, press the Redeem button.

Example of the rank card showing the Bronze rank, available points, and the highlighted Redeem button

Above, you can see an example of the rank card and available points. This account has 976 available points and needs 1,424 more points to reach the Silver rank. The Redeem button is highlighted in yellow. It becomes clickable once you have collected 10,000 points.

Ranks

Your rank depends on the points you've collected. The higher your rank, the more points you get per order. Redeeming points doesn't lower your rank.

Rank

Points collected

Bronze

0-2,399

Silver

2,400-11,999

Gold

12,000-23,999

Platinum

Achievements

Each achievement has levels. Reach a level to earn bonus points.

  • Master Trader: complete 2, 3, 5, and 10 orders (400 points per level)

  • Speedrunner: complete 2, 3, and 5 orders in one month (500, 500, and 700 points)

  • Explorer: complete your first order in a new category (400 points per category)

  • Critic: leave 1, 10, and 25 reviews (300, 500, and 1,000 points)

Dedication

Each game has its own dedication card. Buy in a second category for the same game, like top ups and then accounts, to earn 1,000 points. You can earn it once per game.

What doesn't earn points

  • Orders under $1 don't earn points or count toward achievements or dedication

  • Reviews on orders under $1 don't earn points

  • Orders paid with Eldorado balance don't earn points or count toward achievements or dedication

  • If you pay partly with Eldorado balance, only the amount you paid another way counts

  • The $1 minimum applies to what you pay after discounts and Eldorado balance
