Full Order Resolution: Sellers are fully responsible for resolving all disputes or order-related issues with buyers.
Proof of Redemption: If requested, sellers must:
Use a gift card balance checker/validator, or
Contact the official gift card issuer to verify redemption details.
Complaint Resolution Window: All buyer complaints must be resolved within 120 hours of submission.

Card Authenticity: Sellers must guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, and legal origin of all gift cards.
No Resale of Unauthorized Cards: Cards obtained from illegal, stolen, or restricted sources are strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.
