Upload only your own offers, not the example rows
Steps
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Sell or click here to visit our CSV downloads page.
Select Bulk Upload (CSV).
Under Category, select Currency or Top Ups.
Open New to bulk upload? and download the template if needed.
Replace the example rows with your own offers, using the column guide below.
Save the file in .csv format.
Click Choose file, select your file, and click Place offers.
Important: Write every value exactly as it appears in the template, or the upload won't work.
CSV columns
The template has 18 columns. They're grouped below by when you need to fill them in. Leave any column that doesn't apply to your game blank.
Always fill in
Game: the game your currency is in, such as World of Warcraft
Category 1: the offer category, such as Currency
Item Name: the currency or item name, such as Gold. Don't edit this column
Description: your offer description, which buyers see next to your offer
Min Quantity: the smallest order you'll accept
Quantity: the total amount you're selling
Units (do not modify): Unit (1), K (1,000), or M (1,000,000). Don't change this column
Price (per unit, K or M): your price per unit, per 1,000, or per 1,000,000, matching the Units column
Currency (do not modify): USD. Don't change this column
Guaranteed Delivery Time: from Minute20 (20 minutes) to Day7 (7 days). Faster delivery times rank your offers higher
Fill in only for some games
Environment 1: the platform, region, or server, such as PC, EU, or Cerberus. Check the template for your game, and leave it blank for Old School RuneScape and EVE Online
Environment 2: a second server or region, such as Aegwynn or NA. For Path of Exile, enter the current league
Environment 3: the faction, Alliance or Horde, for World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft Classic only
Category 2: the item category, such as Keys or Crates, for Rocket League only
Attribute 1: the item certification, or Certification:None, for Rocket League only
Attribute 2: the item color, or Color:None, for Rocket League only
Attribute 3: an extra item attribute, for Rocket League only
Optional
Discounts: quantity discounts, such as Qty:5,Pct:1;Qty:10,Pct:2. In this example, buyers get 1% off orders of 5-9 units and 2% off orders of 10 units or more
What happens next
Your offers appear on Eldorado after you click Place offers. To edit them later, go to your offers on your dashboard and click Export. We generate a CSV file with your current offers, which you can edit and upload again.
Troubleshooting
The upload doesn't work
A value may not match the template, the file may be saved as .xlsx, or it may be larger than 1MB. Check the spelling of every value against the template, and save the file as .csv. If the file is too large, split your offers into smaller files.
Your offers have the wrong price or quantity
The Units (do not modify) column may have been changed. Download a fresh template and copy your offers into it without changing that column.
Example offers appeared in your shop
The example rows were uploaded with your offers. Delete those offers, and remove the example rows from your file before your next upload.
Your Path of Exile offers show the wrong league
The leagues in the template may be outdated. Enter the current league in Environment 2.
