Steps
Log in to your Eldorado account.
Go to Become a Seller and click Start verification button.

Select your document type.
Take a photo of your document.
Take a photo of yourself.
Fill out the form with your details.
Submit your verification.
What happens next
We review your verification.
You can check its status on your verification page.
Once it's approved, you get the Verified seller badge and can start listing offers.

Your verification shows Resubmission required?
We need you to clarify something or add missing information. Check your verification page for the reason, then resubmit by following the instructions.
You're asked to reverify your account?
We may ask you to reverify, for example, for account integrity checks, seller inactivity, if there have been no offers sold for 45 days or more, or security setting changes. It's a standard security step and doesn't mean you've done anything wrong.

Your verification was closed?
Your verification didn't meet our seller requirements. You can still buy on Eldorado. Find your reason below:
Reason | What it means |
User is not 18 | You must be at least 18 years old to sell. |
Failure to complete the verification process | You didn't finish all the steps. For example, a document or form was missing, or you didn't respond in time. |
Verification does not meet our seller requirements | Your documents were incorrect or insufficient, you didn't pass a background check, or you didn't meet another seller requirement. |
Verification provided must be yours | The documents or details you submitted belong to someone else. |

Switch from individual to company seller
If you're a verified individual seller and want to sell as a company, you'll need to complete a new company verification.
All your active offers are paused until your company verification is approved.

Select Questions about seller verification.
Select Why I need to re-verify?
Select Switch to Company seller.
Follow our team's instructions to close your current verification and start company verification.
What happens next
We review your company documents within 3 business days.
During the review, your offers stay paused and aren't visible to buyers.
Once you're approved, you can resume your offers.
