⚠️Auto-delivery is enabled for Pets only. Eggs, Potions, or other items can not be delivered using this system.
🛒 Purchasing an Auto-Delivery Offer
Auto-Delivery offers can be identified by the Delivery Method shown on the offer page.
You can click Automated Delivery to learn more before purchasing.
Once your purchase is complete, you'll be taken to the order page where the delivery process begins.
🚀 Step 1:
Start by clicking Begin Delivery.
🎮 Enter Your Roblox Username
Enter your Roblox username and click Continue. Note: The username must be between 3 and 20 characters.
⏳ Press Continue and wait a few moments
⚠️ Username Not Found?
If the username cannot be verified, you'll see an error message.
Double-check your spelling and try again.
👥 Step 2: Add the Seller as a Friend
Next, you'll see the seller's Roblox username.
Send a friend request to the seller account before continuing.
Click Add Friend to open the seller's Roblox profile.
If you're unsure how to add friends, use the How to add a friend? button for instructions.
⏳ Press Continue and wait a few moments
⚠️ Friend Request Not Detected?
If the request cannot be found:
Verify that you added the correct account.
Try again.
⏳ Waiting for Delivery
Once your friend request is confirmed, your order enters the delivery queue.
This means the seller account is currently processing another order or preparing your delivery.
Don't worry, you'll automatically move to the next step once everything is ready.
👥 Step 3: Join the Seller's Server
When prompted, join the seller's Roblox server.
Click Open Seller Profile and use Roblox's Join feature.
If you're unsure how to receive the item, use the How to receive the item? button for instructions.
⏰ Time Limit
You'll have 5 minutes to join the game after delivery begins.
If the timer expires, you'll be able to retry the delivery process.
🤝 Complete the Trade
After joining the server, complete the trade in-game. A second timer will show how much time remains to finish the transaction.
Once the trade is completed successfully, the order will automatically be marked as delivered.
✅ Confirm Receipt
After delivery, you'll see a confirmation screen asking whether you received your item.
If everything looks correct, mark the order as received by confirming the delivery. If something went wrong, you can open a dispute for the order.

❓What Happens if Delivery Fails?
Seller Account Issue
If the seller's account cannot complete the delivery, the order will be cancelled automatically and refunded according to Eldorado policies. More information here.
Seller Doesn't Have Enough Stock
If the seller no longer has the required item available, the order will be cancelled automatically and refunded according to Eldorado policies.
Delivery Timeout
If you miss a required step during delivery, you can simply retry the process and continue where you left off.
