Sellers deliver currency and items in different ways, depending on the game. Every offer shows its delivery method before you buy, so check it first and read the offer description for additional details.
Automated delivery is the only method with no order chat. With other methods, you and the seller may need to use the order chat.
How it works
Before you buy, check the Delivery method on the offer.
Open Delivery instructions to see what the seller needs from you.
At checkout, enter your delivery details, such as your character name or trade URL.
Automated delivery will not generate any order chat with the seller. If your order doesn’t have automated delivery, message the seller in the order chat to arrange the delivery.
Check that you’ve received everything in the game before you confirm the order.
Automated delivery
Some sellers offer automated delivery, where you receive your order after payment without contacting the seller or arranging delivery. For example, see Buy a Roblox Adopt Me automated delivery item.
Automated delivery is always indicated in the offer details section, visible before you buy.
This type of delivery is initiated instantly after you pay for your order, without chat.
Only mark it as received after you receive and see them in your game account. If there are any issues, contact support.
Other delivery methods
For all other methods, message the seller in the order chat to arrange the delivery.
Face-to-face trade: the seller meets your character in the game and trades with you, so agree on a time and place
Drop: the seller meets your character and drops the items for you to pick up, so agree on a time and place
Mailbox: the seller sends the currency or items to your in-game mailbox, so enter your character name at checkout and check your mailbox
Auction house: you list an item on the in-game auction house and the seller buys it at the agreed price, so agree on the item and price first
Trade URL: the seller sends the items to your account, for example, with a Steam trade offer, so enter your trade URL at checkout
Gifting: the seller sends the items to you as an in-game gift, so enter your username at checkout

If something goes wrong
If your order isn’t delivered or isn’t as described, you get a full refund. Raise a dispute from your order page, or contact our 24/7 live support. You can raise a dispute once the guaranteed delivery time has passed.
