The order can be cancelled by the seller or the staff at any time. When the seller cancels the order, the buyer receives a full refund.
The buyer can submit a cancellation request by raising a dispute. In this case, the dispute will be reviewed by the staff. The order will be cancelled if any of the following is true:
- The seller did not respond within 1 hour.
- The seller did not respond within the guaranteed delivery time.
- The seller did not deliver the item within the guaranteed delivery time when the buyer was responsive and available to receive it.
- The item was not as described or item description was unclear or misleading.
