Go to Messages in your dashboard and turn on Desktop notifications.
You’ll see a notification in the bottom-right corner of your screen and hear a sound for each new message.

Troubleshooting
Can't receive notifications?
Check that Desktop notifications is still turned on in Messages.
Check that your browser allows notifications from eldorado.gg. You’ll usually find this in your browser’s site settings.
Keep Eldorado open in a browser tab. Notifications may not show if the tab is closed.
