Adding a payout wallet
Before requesting your first withdrawal, you need to add at least one payout wallet.
Go to your seller dashboard and navigate to the Withdraw money section.
Click Add payout wallet.
Select your payout provider (Step 1 of 2):
Compare available options; you will see provider fees, estimated processing times, and minimum withdrawal limits
Select your preferred provider and click Continue to next step.
Enter wallet details (Step 2 of 2):
Enter the required account details (see supported providers below).
Enter a wallet nickname (e.g., “My Primary SEPA”, “Business Skrill”) so you can easily identify it later.
Carefully review the account details to ensure they match your identity.
Click Save wallet.

Important: Your payout wallet must be registered in your name or your registered company name.
Submitting a withdrawal request
Once you have at least one payout wallet saved:
Navigate to the Withdraw money section.
Enter the payout amount you wish to withdraw (must be within your available balance and meet the provider's minimum limit).
Select your desired payout wallet from the dropdown list.
Review the Payout Summary:
Withdrawal amount
Withdrawal fees (percentage + flat fee if applicable)
Estimated exchange rate (if currency conversion is required)
You'll Receive (estimated final payout amount)
Click Send withdrawal request.
2FA Verification: If you have Payment Lock (2FA) enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to authorize the transaction.
After you submit, you will see a withdrawal confirmation with the estimated delivery time.
Managing your wallets
On the Withdraw Money page, click Manage my wallets.
Add a new wallet: Click Add new wallet (up to a maximum of 7 wallets).
Remove a wallet: Click the trash can icon next to the wallet you wish to delete and confirm.
Updating wallet details: To change the account details (e.g., new IBAN, email, or crypto address), remove the outdated wallet and add a new one with the updated details.
Troubleshooting
Why is a payout method grayed out or marked "Unavailable"?
If a payment provider is undergoing maintenance or temporarily disabled, it will appear as disabled in your wallet dropdown with a note explaining it. You can select another active payout wallet to proceed with your withdrawal.
What should I do if my withdrawal is disabled?
If withdrawals are restricted on your account, an informational banner will appear on the page. Please click the customer support link provided on the banner to open a review request with our compliance team.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request once submitted?
Withdrawals are processed automatically after submission. If you believe you submitted a request in error, contact support immediately via live chat.
