Each buyer can receive up to 5 gifts per day from the same linked Roblox account.
Items are delivered straight to your in-game mailbox, with no friending or manual trading required.
Check your received item before confirming. You have 3 days to raise a dispute if something's wrong.
Follow the detailed instructions below:
1. Purchase an automated delivery offer
Look for offers where the delivery method is Automated delivery, then complete your purchase.
2. Enter your Roblox username
This is the only information needed to start delivery.
⚠️ Make sure the Roblox username entered when placing the order is correct.
If the username is incorrect but matches an existing Roblox account, the item may be delivered to that account. Eldorado cannot guarantee recovery of an item delivered to the wrong Roblox account because of an incorrect username.
Wait for the system to verify your account
This usually takes just a few seconds.
3. Wait while the seller's account prepares delivery
The order moves to Seller is preparing delivery while the system connects to the game and processes it.
4. Check if the order was actually received
If everything looks correct, you can move forward. If something went wrong, raise a dispute for the order; the issue will be reviewed and resolved by the Eldorado team.
5. Confirm delivery
Once you are sure that everything was received, confirm the delivery.
Daily limits:
Each buyer can receive up to 5 gifts per day from the same linked Roblox account. If the selected seller can't deliver the order because this limit has been reached, the order will be canceled, and the funds will be returned to your Eldorado balance. You can then place a new order with another seller.
Troubleshooting
If you run into any issues, first make sure your account meets the Roblox automated delivery requirements.

The order was canceled?
If the seller's linked Roblox account cannot complete the delivery, the order is automatically canceled and refunded according to the Refund & Return Policy.
The order says "Delivered", but the item wasn't received?
Do not confirm the order as received. Open a dispute for the order so the issue can be reviewed.
