2-Factor Authentification (2FA): Setup and Recovery

Learn how to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Eldorado.gg account, and what to do if you lose access to your authentication device.

Setting up 2FA

Follow these steps to enable 2FA on your Eldorado.gg account:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the “Security” section.

  3. Click the “Set Up 2FA” button.

  4. Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device (available on iOS and Android).

  5. Open the app and select “Set up account.”

  6. Choose “Scan a QR code.”

  7. Scan the QR code displayed in your Eldorado.gg profile.

Once completed, your 2FA will be successfully activated.

When Are 2FA Codes Required?

For your security, 2FA codes are required when:

  • Making withdrawals

  • Completing purchases

Please note: 2FA is not required for logging in.

Lost Access to Your 2FA?

If you no longer have access to your 2FA device or app, you will need to reset it.

To disable your previously connected 2FA, please contact our Customer Support via live chat. For security reasons, we will need to verify your identity before proceeding.

Identity Verification Requirements

You will be asked to provide the following through your profile:

  • A selfie photo of yourself holding:

    • A valid ID document

    • A piece of paper clearly showing today’s date

This step ensures that your account remains secure and protected.

The verification process typically takes up to 20 minutes.
