A few countries and territories are restricted. Because of international regulations and our internal policies, we’re unfortunately unable to onboard clients from the following locations at this time:

  • Afghanistan

  • Belarus

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Myanmar

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • South Sudan

  • Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your interest in Eldorado. These restrictions are reviewed regularly, and we hope to expand access in the future.
